Break Free From Negative Thought Patterns – Wesley Jackson

While being blessed and privileged in many ways, much of Wesley’s life has been rife with mental, emotional, and even physical abuse. Due to this, he spent much of his life living with feelings of anger, fear, guilt, and shame bottled up inside him. This trauma was made worse due to being “twice-exceptional”, leading to a life full of hardship and misunderstanding. What all of these experiences ultimately led to was a life completely full of denial and a near-absolute void of self-love.

He has gotten through this by reconnecting with his authentic self from childhood – before all of the conditioning and programming. Wesley believes that if we hope to ever collectively heal this world, we must begin by first discarding the guilt, shame, and fear we feel when it comes to both expressing our authentic truths and acknowledging our lived experiences for what they were.

Overcoming the Odds: From Corporate Ladder to Freedom Tower – Deb Curtis

Deb Curtis is a beacon of resilience, a testament to the power of perseverance and determination.

In the 1990s, she was told by her company’s bosses that they didn’t promote women. But Deb didn’t take no for an answer. She kept pushing forward, and eventually, the all-male leadership team gave her a chance to prove herself. They said she could try being a manager for six months.

Guess what happened? She did an amazing job! She outperformed all the other managers, who were all white men. This incredible achievement earned her a well-deserved promotion, but without the same salary as her male peers. But that was just the beginning of Deb’s journey in a business world mostly controlled by men.

Currently, she supports other women by teaching and helping them purchase finance established, money-making businesses along with sourcing the best bank loan project, backed by the SBA.
